As a member, you'll have 24/7 access to our private clubhouse — a cozy, inspiring space built just for writers, artists, and entrepreneurs. This isn’t a rental or lease — it’s a membership in a community that values creativity, respect, and shared space.
A Founding Memberships is $1,800 for one year (that’s $150/month), paid up front. It renews automatically through Stripe, based on your start date.
If you become a member you’ll receive a unique door code. Guests are not allowed unless it’s an event where they’re explicitly welcome.
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays are reserved for focused, silent work. The rest of the week is more social and lively. Zoom calls and loud music are not allowed, but a shared speaker at low volume is totally fine.
If you become a member, you'll be free to use the kitchen, the espresso machine, and move furniture around — just return everything to how you found it. You can also leave small personal items in the space.
